Getting Here.

Everything your delegation needs for the day — where we are, how to reach us by car or transit, what’s included, what to bring, and how we make the conference accessible.

Where we are

The venue.

HTSMUN VI is hosted on the campus of Holy Trinity School in Richmond Hill, just north of Toronto in York Region.

Getting to campus

Driving & transit.

Whether your delegation arrives by bus, car, or public transit, here’s how to reach Holy Trinity School — with the day-of specifics shared once you’re registered.

Driving & parking

The campus sits on Bayview Avenue in Richmond Hill, in York Region just north of Toronto. By car it’s reachable via Highway 404 and the Bayview corridor, with the major 400-series highways and Highway 407 nearby for delegations travelling from across the GTA.

Whether you’re coming by school bus or by car, plan a little extra time on the morning of a busy conference day so your delegation can arrive, settle in, and be ready before committee opens.

Arrival, drop-off, and parking details for buses and cars are shared with registered delegations.

Public transit

The campus is served by York Region Transit (YRT) along the Bayview Avenue corridor. Delegations travelling from across the GTA can connect to the area using GO Transit and then YRT for the final leg to campus.

Routes and schedules can change, so plan your trip ahead of time and check service for the morning of December 5, 2026.

Pack for the day

What to bring.

A short checklist to arrive ready. Placards are provided on the day — everything else below is on you.

Business attire

Western business attire is the standard for Model UN. Dress professionally — it sets the tone for committee and is part of the experience.

A notebook and pen

For notes, draft clauses, and passing notes in committee. Bring more than one pen — you’ll be writing all day.

Your research & position paper

Bring your prepared research and a copy of your position paper for each committee — printed or on a device — as your reference through the day.

A laptop or tablet (optional)

Helpful for looking up sources and drafting resolutions during unmoderated caucus. Bring it charged — and check your committee’s technology policy.

Placards — provided

You don’t need to bring a placard. HTSMUN provides one for your committee sessions as part of your conference materials.

A water bottle & the essentials

A reusable water bottle and any personal essentials. Meals and refreshments are provided, so you’re set for the day.

Accessibility & accommodations

A conference that welcomes everyone.

HTSMUN is committed to running an accessible conference so that every delegate can take part fully. If you or a member of your delegation has mobility, dietary, religious, or other accommodation needs, we want to know in advance so we can plan for them.

Please reach out ahead of the conference at info@htsmun.com. The earlier you tell us, the better we can support you on the day. You can also review our conference policies for more detail.

For faculty advisors & chaperones

Bringing a delegation?

Thank you for giving your students the chance to take part. HTSMUN is a student-run, novice-friendly conference, and we work to make the day straightforward for the advisors and chaperones who travel with their delegations — clear timing, supervised committee rooms, and meals provided on site.

Once your school is registered, we’ll share the day-of logistics you need, including arrival and drop-off guidance. If anything comes up beforehand — scheduling, supervision, accommodations, or anything else — we’re glad to help.
