Yes — single delegates without a school affiliation are welcome. See the registration page for the single-delegate rate.

HTSMUN is a non-residential conference. We provide a curated partner-hotel list with conference rates for delegations travelling from out of town.

Section B

Conference Day

Western business attire. Suits, blazers, dress shirts, ties or equivalent. Comfortable closed-toe shoes — you’ll be on your feet during unmoderated caucus.

Pizza for lunch, plus chips and juice as snacks through the day. Have a dietary restriction? Flag it on your registration form and we’ll make sure you’re covered.

Laptops are recommended for research and resolution drafting. Phones, however, are off during sessions — chairs will ask delegates to silence and stow them.

Doors close at 8:30 AM for the opening ceremony. Late arrivals will be welcomed at the next session break by the Secretariat desk in the main atrium.

Section C
